What's the difference between RUN, CHANGE and PROJECTS?
RUN is operating what already exists; CHANGE is evolving it with a dedicated team; PROJECTS are scoped initiatives with fixed scope and price. They're combined according to where each client is.
Can I start with RUN only?
Yes, that's the most common path: start by operating the platform and add teams or projects as the need appears.
How is pricing defined?
It depends on the motion: RUN is contracted in tiers based on criticality and size of the operation; CHANGE by assigned team; PROJECTS at a fixed price per scope.
Do you replace my in-house team?
No, we complement it. Usually your team focuses on product while we sustain and evolve the platform.
