How is this different from Managed DevOps Teams?
The MSP runs and maintains your cloud (run) with SLAs and 24/7 coverage. Managed DevOps Teams is a dedicated team that also builds (build). Many clients combine both.
How do I pick the right plan?
It depends on your criticality and the coverage hours you need. We have four tiers; in discovery we recommend the one that fits.
Is FinOps included?
Yes. Continuous cost optimization with SleakOps is part of the service from the mid tiers up.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You move up or down a tier as your operation grows or your needs change.
