Cloud-native platform on EKS with GitOps for TouchLatam
TouchLatam (Touch Retail SPA) is a Chilean retail/consulting company. Craftech built a cloud-native platform for it on AWS in a focused project, with knowledge transfer to the internal team.
Challenge
TouchLatam needed a modern Kubernetes platform with declarative deployment, efficient scaling and infrastructure-as-code governance, plus the ability for its own team to operate it going forward.
Solution
Craftech built the platform on Amazon EKS with GitOps (ArgoCD), node scaling via Karpenter, infrastructure as code managed with Atlantis and Terraform, secrets handling with Vault, and observability with Grafana/Loki. The project included systematic training to hand the stack over to the internal team.
Results
TouchLatam was left with a complete cloud-native platform and a team trained to operate it, closing with a planned, orderly offboarding. The available sources do not expose verifiable quantitative business metrics.
