Challenge
Quoter needed to run its SaaS platform on Kubernetes with production-grade stability and change traceability, handling production incidents and maintaining a business continuity and disaster recovery plan in line with an always-on B2B service.
Solution
Craftech managed the platform on Amazon EKS with GitOps deployments via ArgoCD and traffic routing through Traefik v3 as ingress, on a PHP/Golang application stack with MySQL and CI/CD pipelines. The team handled production incidents during operations and kept the business continuity and disaster recovery (BCDR) documentation up to date.
Results
Quoter ran its platform on a standardized Kubernetes foundation with reproducible deployments and modern routing, with production incidents handled during the contract period. The BCDR documentation remained as a continuity asset for ongoing operations under the successor entity.
