Challenge
Datakimia needed an external view of its data & analytics platform: to understand how the data, backend, and frontend layers were built, where the bottlenecks were, and what improvement and cost-optimization opportunities existed before scaling.
Solution
Craftech ran a structured assessment: it analyzed the data, backend, and frontend architectures separately, reviewed usage and costs, and consolidated the findings into review presentations and a set of prioritized improvement proposals. The work was paired with follow-up meetings throughout the engagement.
Results
Datakimia was left with a clear diagnosis of its cloud architecture and a concrete set of improvement proposals covering data, backend, frontend, and costs, as input for its next platform decisions. The scope was assessment and recommendation; it did not include executing the improvements.
