Multi-environment Kubernetes platform on AWS for WootCloud, IoT security
WootCloud is a cybersecurity company focused on IoT device security, based in the United States. Craftech designed and deployed its platform end to end on AWS, with a container architecture and a production-grade data and observability stack.
Challenge
WootCloud needed a platform on AWS capable of sustaining security-analytics workloads over device data, with environment separation, GitOps deployments, secure secret handling and a data pipeline at scale for a cybersecurity product in production.
Solution
Craftech built the infrastructure on Amazon EKS with separate staging and production environments, GitOps deployments with ArgoCD, secret management with Vault, data streaming with Amazon MSK (Kafka), processing with EMR, search with Elasticsearch and storage in MongoDB, with perimeter protection via WAF and observability with Datadog. Delivery was carried out in three stages with high completion.
Results
WootCloud ended up with a complete cybersecurity platform on AWS —multi-environment containers, GitOps, data streaming and processing, and observability— fully deployed by Craftech. Quantitative impact detail is not available in internal sources with sufficient data for this run.
