GenAI advisory on AWS Bedrock for Wiixt (Wiiprot): from a generative-AI assessment to an ongoing monthly consultancy
Wiixt (the Wiiprot project) is an Argentine occupational risk prevention and workplace safety company bringing generative AI into its product. Craftech has supported it since 2024 as a generative-AI architecture advisor on AWS, starting with an Amazon Bedrock assessment and sustaining a monthly-cadence technical consultancy thereafter.
Challenge
Wiixt needed to define how to bring generative AI into its risk-prevention platform without an in-house AI platform team, starting from a requirements and current-state assessment to decide the right architecture on AWS.
Solution
Craftech ran a GenAI assessment (Wiiprot): requirements and current-state analysis, plus a proof of concept with Amazon Bedrock to validate the architecture. From there, rather than a closed integration, the parties agreed to define and explain the target system architecture and provide a monthly-cadence technical consultancy to guide the evolution of the generative-AI product on AWS.
Results
Wiixt has a validated generative-AI architecture on AWS Bedrock and a continuous advisory channel materialized through monthly consultancy tickets (recorded from September to December 2025 and again in March 2026). The relationship stays active as recurring technical support rather than a closed implementation project.
