AWS assessment of CI/CD, IaC, and SSO for fintech Wallbit
Wallbit is a growing Argentine fintech. Craftech ran a technical assessment on AWS — fully funded through AWS Partner Funding — reviewing its CI/CD practices, infrastructure as code, and identity management, and delivering an improvement roadmap.
Challenge
As a growing fintech, Wallbit needed an expert view of its infrastructure maturity before scaling: the state of its CI/CD pipelines, its infrastructure as code, its identity and access model (SSO), and the organization of its repositories.
Solution
Craftech ran a structured assessment on AWS: analysis of CI/CD flows, a review of infrastructure as code with Terraform, an evaluation of identity and access management with AWS Identity Center / SSO, and of repository organization. The survey led to a prioritized improvement roadmap.
Results
Wallbit was left with a diagnosis of its infrastructure maturity and an actionable roadmap, with clear priorities in IaC, SSO, and CI/CD. The engagement, scoped to diagnosis and 100% funded by AWS, identified improvement opportunities that did not lead to a follow-on contract.
