Success Story
AWS infrastructure on Kubernetes for VMC's auction platform
VMC Subastas (VMC Development S.A.C.) is a Peruvian online auction platform. Craftech implemented its cloud infrastructure on AWS in a focused project, leaving a production-ready foundation with separated environments.
Challenge
VMC needed a complete, reproducible cloud infrastructure to run its auction platform, with distinct environments and an automated deployment path.
Solution
Craftech implemented the infrastructure on Amazon EKS with Terraform and Helm, containerizing the services and setting up separate environments (DEV/MGT/PROD) and CI/CD pipelines, in a tightly scoped implementation project.
Results
VMC was left with its auction platform running on reproducible, containerized AWS infrastructure with separated environments (DEV/MGT/PROD) and an automated CI/CD deployment path that makes it easier to evolve the platform in a controlled way.
