Challenge
uPlanner needed to operate and evolve a container-based platform with variable workloads, integrated with a message bus, while keeping visibility into its production behavior.
Solution
Craftech maintained the platform on Kubernetes with event-driven autoscaling (KEDA) wired to its message bus, integration and deployment pipelines, and an observability stack for monitoring. The engagement included end-user training on the monitoring tools.
Results
uPlanner kept its platform operational and observable across a multi-year relationship. The available sources do not expose verifiable quantitative business metrics.
