Assessment and a modernization foundation on AWS for treble (WhatsApp Sales Tech)
treble is a SaaS platform for sales automation over WhatsApp, headquartered in Colombia. Craftech ran a technical assessment co-funded by AWS and a subsequent Service Agreement, defining a modernization roadmap and leaving an AWS Organizations and infrastructure-as-code foundation.
Challenge
treble ran part of its platform on serverless functions (AWS Lambda) and needed to evaluate a modernization path toward containers to gain control over scaling and cost, as well as to organize its account structure, its infrastructure as code, and its identity management.
Solution
Craftech ran a technical assessment that identified a modernization roadmap: migrating from AWS Lambda toward Kubernetes with autoscaling via Karpenter and KEDA, backed by a messaging architecture with Amazon MQ and SQS. In the subsequent Service Agreement, it established an AWS Organizations foundation, infrastructure as code with Terraform, and access management with SSO.
Results
treble was left with a clear modernization roadmap (Lambda → Kubernetes/Karpenter/KEDA) and an orderly foundation of AWS Organizations, IaC with Terraform, and SSO to build on. The engagement identified a concrete second-phase modernization opportunity that did not lead to a follow-on contract.
