Tectopia (Peruvian Blockchain Lab EIRL) is a Peruvian blockchain / Web3 company. Craftech has supported it since March 2026 with an AWS-funded contract centered on analyzing its current architecture and providing technical advisory on AWS services.
Challenge
Tectopia needed a technical diagnosis of its current AWS architecture and expert guidance to adopt new services, particularly Amazon Connect, within the AWS funding deadlines.
Solution
Craftech analyzed Tectopia's current architecture and provided technical advisory on Amazon Connect, with planning and follow-up meetings throughout the engagement. The work was consultative in nature (analysis and advisory), with no migration executed in this scope.
Results
Tectopia has a diagnosis of its current architecture and concrete guidance to adopt Amazon Connect, enabling better-grounded technical decisions. The engagement leaves open the opportunity to convert this one-off work into a managed-support (MSP) arrangement.
