Multi-environment AWS infrastructure and observability for fintech Takenos
Takenos is a fintech running in production with real users. Craftech supported it on a project funded through AWS Partner Funding, delivering a multi-environment infrastructure across AWS and Cloudflare with a Kubernetes-based observability stack.
Challenge
As a fintech in production, Takenos needed an orderly infrastructure with a clear separation between environments (development, staging, and production), reliable load balancing, and operational visibility to detect and diagnose issues in its critical services.
Solution
Craftech structured the infrastructure on AWS and Cloudflare with separate environments (develop / preprod / prod), application load balancers (ALB), and DNS management with Route 53. On top of that, it built an observability stack with Loki, Prometheus, and Grafana to centralize platform logs and metrics.
Results
Takenos was left with a reproducible multi-environment AWS infrastructure and an observability stack that allowed operational incidents — such as the January 2026 Loki/Grafana event, handled through SleakOps — to be diagnosed centrally. The environment separation provided a safer foundation for running a fintech platform in production.
