Challenge
Siteca runs an ERP on AWS and wants to evolve its platform toward a more modern, managed architecture. Before committing to a larger-scope project, it needed a rigorous technical diagnosis of its current infrastructure and a clear modernization roadmap, including directions such as adding Amazon Cognito for authentication and a Datalake for data.
Solution
Craftech runs a three-week technical assessment, funded by AWS, over Siteca's infrastructure (Amazon EC2 and Amazon RDS for SQL Server). The work focuses on surveying the platform's current state, identifying modernization opportunities, and leaving an actionable roadmap, with an emphasis on an evolution toward managed services and directions such as Cognito and a Datalake.
Results
The assessment is the opening stage of the engagement: its goal is to produce a technical diagnosis and a modernization roadmap for Siteca's ERP on AWS, setting the foundation for a possible implementation project or an ongoing support arrangement. As a just-started project, there are no execution results to report yet.
