EKS infrastructure with cost visibility (Kubecost) on AWS for Rankmi (HR Tech)
Rankmi is a Chilean HR Tech platform. In an AWS-funded project, Craftech deployed a Kubernetes infrastructure on AWS for Rankmi with infrastructure as code and cost visibility, between April and May 2025.
Challenge
Rankmi needed a reproducible, scalable Kubernetes infrastructure on AWS, with modular infrastructure as code and cost visibility to run its HR Tech platform efficiently.
Solution
Craftech implemented EKS on AWS with Terraform and Terragrunt for modular infrastructure as code, Helm for deployments, Redis for caching and Kubecost for Kubernetes cost visibility and attribution.
Results
Rankmi was left with a Kubernetes infrastructure deployed on AWS (EKS + Kubecost + Redis), with infrastructure as code and cost visibility. The project was 100% AWS-funded (zero cost to Rankmi); it did not lead to an MSP contract or ongoing support, leaving a clear window for recontact.
