Primotus is a business process management (BPM) SaaS platform based in the United States. Craftech deployed and ran its infrastructure on AWS with a multi-tenant container architecture.
Challenge
As a BPM SaaS serving multiple customers on a single platform, Primotus needed an architecture that isolated each tenant while keeping operational efficiency, with robust authentication and a process engine on a managed database.
Solution
Craftech built the infrastructure on Amazon EKS with a multi-tenant architecture based on per-tenant Kubernetes namespaces, authentication with Auth0, storage on S3, the Flowable process engine on RDS and messaging with AWS Pinpoint, with CI/CD pipelines for consistent deployments.
Results
Primotus ended up with a multi-tenant BPM platform on AWS with namespace-level tenant isolation. Quantitative impact detail is not available in internal sources with sufficient data for this run.
