AWS migration assessment and roadmap for Linepros, with PoC and architecture design
Linepros is a Costa Rican technology startup. In an AWS-funded project, Craftech ran an assessment and designed a full AWS migration roadmap, including a proof of concept, hybrid connectivity and GitOps.
Challenge
Linepros ran on on-premise components and needed a clear, validated path to migrate to AWS, with a defined target architecture and secure connectivity between its current environment and the cloud.
Solution
Craftech ran an assessment, stood up a proof of concept on AWS, defined hybrid connectivity with site-to-site VPN, added ArgoCD for GitOps deployments and managed Redis, and delivered a full migration roadmap with the target architecture.
Results
Linepros received a complete AWS migration roadmap and a detailed assessment of its architecture. The PoC resources on AWS were removed at close and the roadmap has not yet been implemented: Craftech knows Linepros' architecture, leaving a clear commercial lever to resume the migration as a project.
