AWS assessment and migration plan for Klimber
Klimber is an Argentine insurtech in the insurance space. Craftech ran an assessment of its infrastructure and produced a migration plan toward AWS.
Challenge
Klimber needed to evaluate migrating its SQL Server-backed stack to AWS, defining architecture options for containers, version control and database optimization before undertaking a real migration.
Solution
Craftech ran an assessment of Klimber's infrastructure and delivered a SOW with an AWS migration plan, including alternative plans around version control (Git), Kubernetes/EKS and database rightsizing. The work left a thorough stack analysis as a foundation for a later migration.
Results
Klimber received an actionable AWS migration plan, delivered in early 2025. The relationship did not progress to executing the migration with Craftech.
