GCP→AWS migration assessment for Jobint (Bumeran): discovery and a lift-and-shift proposal
Jobint (Bumeran.com Argentina S.A.) is an employment platform / job board with a complex, high-volume stack (Kubernetes/EKS, Aurora, DynamoDB, RDS, ElastiCache, OpenSearch, Jenkins) split between GCP and AWS. In 2026 Craftech ran a fully AWS-funded GCP→AWS migration assessment.
Challenge
Jobint ran a stack split between GCP and AWS and needed to evaluate consolidating its platform on AWS. Designing a well-grounded migration required a deep review of services, costs, network and monitoring, within the AWS funding deadlines.
Solution
Craftech structured a migration assessment: services discovery across all environments, billing analysis, networking-scheme and monitoring-stack review, and Migration Readiness interviews/architecture diagrams. On that basis it produced the lift-and-shift migration proposal (including the 'Port Proposal', slide preparation and a results presentation to the client).
Results
Jobint has a full diagnosis of its architecture (services, costs, network and monitoring) and a decision-ready lift-and-shift migration proposal to AWS, formally presented. The engagement leaves an immediate conversion window toward an extended migration project given the high-value stack.
