AWS assessment and Well-Architected remediation for Janis (FIZZMOD), logistics
Janis (FIZZMOD S.A.U.) is an Argentine logistics company. In 100% AWS-funded projects, Craftech ran an assessment followed by a Well-Architected remediation, strengthening security and observability on AWS between late 2024 and mid-2025.
Challenge
Janis needed to assess the maturity of its AWS environment and remediate findings following the AWS Well-Architected Framework, reinforcing security, governance and observability of its logistics platform.
Solution
Craftech ran an AWS account assessment and a Well-Architected remediation, deploying a security and observability stack: Security Hub, GuardDuty, Inspector and IAM Access Analyzer for security posture, and X-Ray and CloudWatch for tracing and monitoring.
Results
Janis completed the assessment -> Well-Architected remediation path, demonstrating AWS maturity with a robust security and observability stack (Security Hub, GuardDuty, X-Ray, CloudWatch). Both projects were AWS-funded; with no activity past May 2025, continuity remains open via a maintenance MSP.
