AWS assessment and Well-Architected remediation for Janis (FIZZMOD), logistics
Janis is FIZZMOD's fulfillment and supply-chain SaaS product (an Argentine company founded in 2009 and based in Buenos Aires). In AWS-funded projects, Craftech ran an account assessment followed by a Well-Architected remediation, strengthening the security and observability of its platform.
Challenge
Janis needed to assess the maturity of its AWS environment and remediate findings following the AWS Well-Architected Framework, reinforcing security, governance and observability of its logistics platform.
Solution
Craftech ran an AWS account assessment and a Well-Architected remediation, deploying a security and observability stack: Security Hub, GuardDuty, Inspector and IAM Access Analyzer for security posture, and X-Ray and CloudWatch for tracing and monitoring.
Results
Janis completed the path from assessment to Well-Architected remediation, demonstrating AWS maturity with a robust security and observability stack (Security Hub, GuardDuty, X-Ray, CloudWatch). Both projects were AWS-funded, leaving the platform with a stronger security posture and end-to-end traceability.
