Challenge
Flashpass needed an orderly deployment path and reliable infrastructure operations on AWS for its ticketing platform, without building an in-house DevOps team.
Solution
Craftech containerized the application with Docker and left the AWS infrastructure —S3 storage, managed databases and CI/CD pipelines— managed through SleakOps, simplifying deployments and day-to-day operations.
Results
Flashpass was left with a managed, operational deployment platform on AWS. The available sources do not expose verifiable quantitative business metrics.
