Challenge
CookUnity needed to run a high-traffic ecommerce platform on Kubernetes, with consistent deployments and a heterogeneous application stack (Node.js, Magento) and data layer (Redis, MySQL, Postgres), maintaining the production stability expected of an ecommerce business.
Solution
Craftech managed the platform on Amazon EKS with GitOps deployments via ArgoCD, operating the application services on Node.js and Magento and the data layer with Redis, MySQL, and Postgres, while keeping the infrastructure as code documented and ready for the client's team.

CookUnity ran its ecommerce platform on a standardized Kubernetes foundation with reproducible deployments, up-to-date infrastructure-as-code dependencies and an infrastructure repository prepared for the client's team.
