Containerized AWS migration for Acont's e-invoicing platform
Acont is an Argentine e-invoicing and payments platform integrated with AFIP. Craftech supported a project to migrate and modernize its infrastructure onto AWS on managed Kubernetes, leaving behind an elastic, automatable foundation.
Challenge
Acont ran an application with heavy asynchronous workloads —email, invoicing and generic worker queues— that needed elasticity and an orderly deployment path to grow without oversizing servers.
Solution
Craftech migrated the platform to a container-based architecture on Amazon EKS, with the Django app and its Celery workers, caching and messaging layers, object storage and deployment pipelines, laying the groundwork to scale on demand.
Results
The platform moved onto managed, elastic AWS infrastructure with standardized deployments and containerized workers. The project scope does not expose verifiable business metrics in the available sources.
